1、 Pre startup inspection
Before starting the mixing plant, a comprehensive inspection must be carried out to ensure that the equipment is in good working condition. The inspection content includes but is not limited to the following aspects:
1. Check if all components of the mixing plant are intact and free from damage or looseness.
2. Check if the electrical system is functioning properly, including wires, cables, plugs, etc.
3. Check if the lubrication system is filled with lubricating oil and if all lubrication points are well lubricated.
4. Check if all safety protection devices are in good condition, and if there is any damage, it should be repaired in a timely manner.
2、 Start sequence
After confirming that the equipment is functioning properly, start the mixing plant in the following order:
1. Start the lubrication system first to ensure that all lubrication points are adequately lubricated.
2. Start the electrical system of the mixing plant and check if the motor, control cabinet, etc. are working properly.
3. Start the main engine of the mixing plant and check if the mixing blades rotate properly.
4. Start auxiliary equipment such as the feeding system, batching system, and conveying system as needed.
3、 Operation monitoring
During the operation of the mixing plant, close attention should be paid to the operation status of the equipment, and any abnormalities should be dealt with in a timely manner. At the same time, regular inspections should be conducted on the equipment to ensure its safe and stable operation.
4、 Shutdown operation
When shutdown is required, the following steps should be followed:
Firstly, stop the operation of the feeding system, batching system, and conveying system.
2. Turn off the main engine of the mixing plant and stop the rotation of the mixing blades.
3. Turn off the electrical and lubrication systems, ensuring that the equipment comes to a complete stop.
4. After the equipment has completely cooled down, perform cleaning and maintenance work to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
